Dreamwork
We have access to deep knowledge through our dreams.
They not only tell us what we really know and feel about something, they can guide us in the right direction for growth and integration. Dreams are a direct way to approach and work with the unconscious. They may surprise, perplex, delight, disturb, or greatly move us.
They are like incredible works of art created by our mind and spirit each night, and have also been called, “letters from the soul.” They have an unvarnished honesty and unpretentiousness about them.
And because dreams are in touch with what has the deepest meaning for us, if we pay attention to them by exploring their messages, they can become powerful allies in living a full and emotionally healthy life.

“Only you will be able to say what part of you is represented by (a) symbol in your dream—for it is your own unconscious that holds the clues. But you may be sure that if you give it its place, and hear what it has to say, it will be revealed as a valuable part of your inner self.”

Jungian Therapist and Dreamworker
Dreamwork methods we might use together include:
Sharing your dreams and exploring what images and events stood out to you, how you were affected, and what associations you see between the dream and your everyday life
Making drawings or other creative expressions as a way to further experience the dream’s wisdom and medicine
Receiving support in embodying symbols and characters from your dream
Learning ways to engage and bring helpful elements from the dream world into your waking life as an ongoing process for enrichment and awakening
The symbols and images in our dreams push us to awaken by letting what is hidden or disenfranchised come to light.
I do not interpret people’s dreams but rather support individuals in dream tending, or allowing the client to be with the symbols, archetypes and images that have come forward to share their wisdom.
In this way we can come to know and experience the dream more fully and to allow it its autonomy, mystery, and unique energy. Through honoring it in this way, we may make contact with insights that help us with problem solving and healing.

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
